Access to your institution service

ZerooX is an institution media player published by The Third Act (THE THIRD ACT LLC). The app loads institution settings automatically. Use institution-issued credentials as required by that service. If the service is available without an account, the app opens content directly without sign-in. You do not need to register an account or find a content service in the app.

Requesting access

To ask about membership or request access, contact Hello@the-3rdact.com. The institution reviews requests under its admission criteria outside the app and supplies sign-in details after approval. A request does not guarantee admission, and the app does not create an account for you.

Your library and your space

Use Library to search available content and categories, and choose your preferred view. My space brings together favorites, viewing history and continuing videos. While watching a video, save a moment with a label and note, then return to that position later. Moments and notes stay on your device and belong to your current library.

Demonstration

An independent demonstration provides original visual and audio content and a dedicated account. That account stays with the demonstration and is not transferred to an institution service. Employees use the institution service through settings selected by its administrator.

Sign-in or playback problems

First check the device connection and retry. If the app requests updated credentials, contact your institution. It supplies account updates and access permissions; do not send a password in a public support message.

The institution service controls which private visual content, collections and schedules are available. Manage favorites and history, and continue playback from where you stopped. Subtitles and audio choices depend on the content.

Contact the publisher and institution

The Third Act (THE THIRD ACT LLC) publishes the app. Contact it for app and privacy questions or account/data deletion requests; your institution administrator manages content-service credentials and permissions.
